That’s a bargain. I was shocked when he first went to Stoke so Liverpool getting him for £13m is a steal.

Definitely isn't a bad player to have i your squad and, like you say, for the price it's a snip. I do think Liverpool are looking pretty bloated in midfield/going forward though.

Georginio Wijnaldum
James Milner
Naby Keïta
Jordan Henderson
Marko Grujić
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Xherdan Shaqiri
Lazar Marković
Sheyi Ojo
Fabinho
Adam Lallana
Roberto Firmino
Mohamed Salah
Daniel Sturridge
Sadio Mané
Divock Origi
Danny Ings
Dominic Solanke
Ben Woodburn

Of that lot you'd say Grujic, Ojo and Woodburn are youngsters and won't see much action. Markovic, Sturridge, Ings, Solanke would be fringe players or available to leave? That still leaves 11 players to fill 6 positions?

Looking at the game these days there doesn't seem to be many "strikers" around and a never ending pool of attacking midfielders and "forwards" so it seems sensible in a way to have hods of players for those positions.

Rangers got Kent on loan from Liverpool. Much rather we went for Solanke/Wilson.

Guess there is still a chance of Solanke joining for the season. Wonder if we will take a punt on Ings as well.

Yup - Fulham the first promoted team to spend over £100m!

West Ham have a couple of good signings too as well as some questionable ones.
